Veggie-Stuffed Cheese Omelette

Made indulgent with Loni Tales Truffle Butter

Ingredients:2 eggs · 1 tbsp cream · salt & pepper · capsicum, onion & mushrooms · cheese · 3 tbsp Truffle Butter · sourdough

  1. 1.Whisk eggs, cream, salt & pepper till fluffy.
  2. 2.Melt 2 tbsp Truffle Butter in a pan on low-medium heat.
  3. 3.Pour in eggs and cook gently for 2 minutes.
  4. 4.Add veggies once the base sets. Sprinkle cheese; let melt.
  5. 5.Fold into a cosy, cheesy pocket.
  6. 6.Finish with 1 tbsp Truffle Butter for a glossy glaze. Serve with sourdough.

Small batch butter. Big breakfast energy.

Thecha Daal Khichdi

Comfort food with a fiery little twist.

Ingredients:½ cup rice · ½ cup moong dal · 3 tbsp Thecha Butter · curry leaves · mustard & cumin seeds · turmeric, hing & coriander powder · salt · 3 cups water

  1. 1.Soak rice and moong dal for 30 minutes. Drain.
  2. 2.Melt 3 tbsp Loni Tales Thecha Butter in a pressure cooker.
  3. 3.Add curry leaves, mustard & cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
  4. 4.Stir in turmeric, hing, and coriander powder.
  5. 5.Add soaked rice, dal, salt, and water. Mix well.
  6. 6.Pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium heat. Let pressure release naturally.
  7. 7.Finish with a generous spoon of Thecha Butter on top before serving.

Warm. Comforting. And unapologetically bold — just how khichdi should be.

Chilli Garlic Butter Pasta

Comfort food, but make it bold.

Ingredients:pasta of your choice · 3 tbsp Chilli Garlic Butter · chilli flakes · a splash of cream · mozzarella, gruyere, parmesan & gouda · ¼ cup pasta water

  1. 1.Boil pasta till al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water.
  2. 2.Melt 3 tbsp Loni Tales Chilli Garlic Butter in a pan.
  3. 3.Add chilli flakes if you like it fiery.
  4. 4.Pour in a splash of cream; let it emulsify for 2 minutes.
  5. 5.Add cheese mix and stir till melted and silky.
  6. 6.Add pasta water to loosen, toss in the pasta and coat well.
  7. 7.Plate and finish with 1 extra tbsp Chilli Garlic Butter on top.

Creamy. Spicy. Buttery. The kind of pasta that doesn't play safe.

Strawberry Cheesecake Sheera

Halwa… but make it dessert-core.

Ingredients:5 tbsp Strawberry Cheesecake Butter · ½ cup rava (sooji) · ¼ cup sugar · ½ cup milk + ½ cup water · 1 tbsp cardamom powder · chopped nuts · saffron for garnish

  1. 1.Melt 2 tbsp Strawberry Cheesecake Butter; roast nuts till golden. Set aside.
  2. 2.Add another 2 tbsp butter to the same pan.
  3. 3.Add rava and roast on low for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. 4.Stir in cardamom powder.
  5. 5.Pour in the milk-water mix and sugar. Keep stirring on low heat.
  6. 6.Cook for 5 minutes until thick, soft, and glossy.
  7. 7.Plate, garnish with saffron and nuts. Finish with 1 tbsp Strawberry Cheesecake Butter on top.

Sweet. Buttery. Slightly nostalgic. This is Sheera with main character energy.

Cake with Strawberry Cheesecake Butter

  • 1In a bowl whisk 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  • 2In another bowl mix 1 egg, ¾ cup milk, 2 tbsp Loni Tales Strawberry Cheesecake butter melted and 1 tsp vanilla.
  • 3Combine the wet and dry ingredients to make a smooth waffle batter.
  • 4Pour batter into a preheated waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp.
  • 5Place the warm waffles on a plate and add a generous spoon of Loni Tales Strawberry Cheesecake Butter.
  • 6Let the butter melt into the waffle pockets and top with fresh strawberries or nuts before serving.

Aloo Paratha with Thecha Butter

  • 1In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • 2For the filling, mash 2 boiled potatoes with chopped green chilli, coriander, cumin powder, salt and a pinch of garam masala.
  • 3Roll a small dough ball, add 2-3 tbsp of the potato filling, seal, and gently roll into a thick paratha.
  • 4Cook on a hot tawa until lightly golden on both sides.
  • 5Add Loni Tales Thecha Butter and cook until the paratha turns crisp and beautifully browned.
  • 6Serve hot with another dollop of Thecha Butter, yogurt or pickle.
